This multi-phased professional office complex consists of 5 independent building structures strategically located at the perimeter of the project site. The design intent was to internalize parking and circulation in order to generate an active interior courtyard. dCAs was able to craft a vernacular vocabulary that appropriately responds to the adjacent developments by incorporation of local color and form while expressing progressive facade features.

Through an integrated design process, the developer worked with Cannady Architect Studio to design the 22,400 s.f. facility to be a model of environmental responsibility. The Client is committed to providing future tenants with potential money savings through superior energy performance. The Clients goal is to produce a leasable facility demonstrating the benefits of environmentally friendly design while proving a higher level of success in the prospective office marketplace.
